Some progress indeed! Welcome Kierdale, your signature pink is long awaited!

 

Amazing stuff everybody, always a pleasure to see the Team Chaos at work! Keep it up though because we approach the two-month point pretty soon!

Pink is done. Skin is done. Purple is done.
Next up will be metallics and whatever colour I do that cloth underskirt...

I'm pleased how the veins came out on the two with tentacles.

I have finished the last part of my vow: a Nurgle Daemonprince, a Dreadnaught, a Dreadclaw, and a Khorne Skullcannon. 

 

BTW, I know we can't add to our vows, but I still have a bunch more Chaos to paint. I guess I'll post them in a separate thread.

Nice work, Tdemayo. The prince is nice, the dread claw conversion too...but I love your use of that plate for the dreadnought 'face'. I've never seen it done -in fact I rarely see that plate used at all- but I really like it there

Secretly, while performing his duties as medicae to the schola, he taught the truth of the Dark Gods to several sets of twins in his care. However, he only gave one of each pair potions brewed in the cauldrons of the Black Maw Warband's sorcerers, the other brothers, he gave foul tasting liquids he found in his cabinets. So with the finish of another Call, I once again move on to new projects. I think a Alpha Legion kill team is what I am feeling next. Had to use that spare squad from BoC I had laying around somehow. Here's a test model for the paint scheme. I think it works well:

Hah, thanks! As soon as I saw the Kairic Acolytes and Tzaangors from Silver Tower I knew I had to have them for a kitbash.  They're nothing too fancy - pretty much all of it is done with washing and glazing, save for the gold and armor bits. Stupid easy, but great results.

I am pretty happy with the result. I've painted several of the 2nd/3rd ed. Rhinos before and I was dreading this a bit based on past experience. I vowed this as extra motivation to get it done and honestly, the newer kit is a lot more fun (or possibly I've gotten better at painting.)

I, Kyor Degremon, Answer the call of chaos and vow to complete one Nurgle aligned Helbrute (Dark Vengeance model) before december the 15th. If I do this Successfully, I will recieve the mark of Ultimate Deception and continue on the path to ruin. If I fail, I'll wear the mark of the lost and expect no mercy on my soul!

Not a lot to report but I got the leather (boots and pouches) done (weapon grips to do later) and most of the metal given a Leadbelcher undercoat. Next will be silver highlighting, Nuln Oil shade, silver decoration (scrollwork, glyphs, etc.) and then a purple glaze. Some gold trim here and there.

Started work on my Minotaur.. I have some additional black-washes that I normal do not do on my tanks but I think its because  the model is just so much bigger that I expected.
