For 40k, agents of the imperium seams an obvious choice... I guess we need to wait and see if they get full fledged army lists to justify independent forums for 40k. 30k it's pretty much a given they will become more than just a couple of units eventually. Having a codex or the like is a standard requirement for generating a new subforum. Members are also free to include them in the Forge and other forums as appropriate to the discussion (i.e., they're forces of humanity so all relevant forums and sub-forums at the B&C are open to them).
