I wanted to get opinions from others on how my painting was going. I'm not really good compared to others' painting skills, but I want to know where I can improve. I will be uploading a number of finished minis as well as some works in progress to see if I'm going in the right direction. Any constructive criticism would be much appreciated. Let me know if you would like close ups of any of the minis.

First off my mini of Khârn.

Followed by some Tactical Squads. I like having lots of infantry, I feel like World Eaters should be fielded like a horde, where it doesn't matter how many of them is killed they still keep coming.

And a Dreadnought.

My current two tests with a Rhino. Kind of curious which one people like better weathered by sponging metallic paints around the edges to get the chipped paint effect or using citadel technical paint typhus corrosion to get the dirty used tank look?

Looking at everything, I can't see much to improve. I personally would use a different color on the weapon casings and weather the infantry and first Rhino up to what you've done on the second.
