You can't just do one piece at a time like the Dreadclaw because the landing struts slide up and down freely, and you won't be able to slide them in unless you do all of the hull pieces at the same time. There are some gaps on the model, but you'd have to spend 6+ hours fixing it and using lots of green stuff. I'm lazy lol, and you rarely notice them, so I left the gaps alone. I still need some touch ups but the Kharybdis is largely done and spoken for. Edit: the model is not as blue as it seems in the top photo. It's the same sea green as the other models. After seeing your photo I went and pulled the parts out to compare to the Dreadclaw I also got....my lord. The. Size. Of. That. Thing. Fill him up with Reavers and hit some Loyalists hard bro! The Dreadclaw looks like a bunch of squats use it compared to the Kharybdis...like holy feth. The dang thing has twice the girth of my Spartan, and that's a damn huge transport. MkIII armor is already replete with void shielding and rad resistant. Despite this unparalleled protection, many of the Sardakaar freely expose their faces to the elements in brash defiance befitting their Cthonic heritage. This tradition is largely presupposed by the idea that many within the destroyer cadre had been demoted due to failure in the Isstvaan system, or inability to kill their chieftain in ritual assassination. They bare their failure without shame or regret, visiting their vindication on unfortunate souls that come into their path. -> I plan to give these dudes some spiked pads from master crafted miniatures and a rad missile launcher courtesy of Spinny. The dreadnought's left leg looks like it's kinda just hovering over the stairs, doesn't really work that well in my opinion. Dread just might be too big.
