Kataphron are in the Ruins. Kilofix Posted February 13, 2017 Author Share Posted February 13, 2017 I actually lost my Reaver mid way I'd (*deep sigh of sadness*) after it had lost all its Void Shields and a lucky shot from an opposing Warhound's Laser Blaster scored a 6 / 6 on the Destroyer table followed by a 6 on the number of Hull damage. Consolation was that my Knight Lancer managed to pull off the reverse and killed the Warhound in one round of combat alone. I had a Warlord I could have fielded but opted not to deploy but now I'm thinking an Ordinatus Ulanor would be more effective in Apoc. Am thinking about getting one. (Btw if you're wondering why I have both 30K and 40K Mech - because it's Apoc). Sorry no good pics but other highlights of the game included one of my Magos alone holding a Knight in close combat for 4 turns and putting as many Hull damage points on it. (Thank you Conversion Field). The Magos was eventually stomped with an unsavable 6 on the Stomp table. As to the outcome of the game, who knows? Lots of things got deployedn, lots of things blew up, but at the end of 6 hours, after which I had to leave, everyone was still pretty much in combat shape. Ahhh.... Apoc.
