Overall looks like a fairly solid list, but I think there's a few changes you can make to improve it.

First off, the master of signals is a waste of pts. With bs5 and reroll 1s, bs6 is absolutely useless on the havocs, and the combat power of one centurion isn't going to protect the iron havocs from any dedicated assault unit. You can take nuncio voxes on the veterans, so really no need for the MoS.

The havocs would really benefit from a bunker to protect them since they are a high value target, plus without a fortification you're wasting Kyr's rule that improves a fortification. Dropping the MoS gives you the pts for that bunker. I also wouldn't mix weapons in the havocs, better to have them all dedicated to one weapon. I'd say stick with missiles, they are versatile and not that expensive.

Lastly I'd give all your veterans special weapons, there's no reason to just have them stick with bolters. Plasma guns are always a solid choice, but I might also consider heavy bolters because rending shrapnel bolts is nice for forcing pinning tests.

I agree that the MoS is a waste. If you're putting the siege breaker with a vet squad you're crazy to not give them Melta and machine killers. Even AC can't withstand a barrage of s9 ap1 tank hunter sbots.

Definitely go all Missiles on the havocs. They're your best AA

The Siege Breaker's rule "Art of Destruction" only works on Heavy weapons - meltaguns and combi-meltas are Assault. But the Siege Breaker needs to go somewhere though, I suppose.

Bastion is ok. Wall of Martyrs Bunker is better, and so is the Void Shield Generator.

Putting multi-meltas on the Rhinos is highly recommended. Makes them actually quite useful!

To pay for those changes, I'd swap the Sicaran Battle Tank for a Sicaran Venator (just give it a dozer blade). Will be a good Super-heavy deterrent.

I agree. The siege breaker wasnt maximized. He went with a normal 8 man marksman unit with kyr. But needed him for mortars.

Bastion served well. With void shield it helped protect my havocs. Took alpharous and special termi friends to blow it up in combat.

What cover save does a bastion confer?

3+?

We played it as a 4+. But am I selling myself short?

Multi meltas never work for me. And i dont have any combi meltas. Also i was playing alpha legion. A full infantry army. He only had one spartan and one sicaran. Both got rocked. Sooo the melta vets wouldnt of been effective anyway.

After playing the game I def would. I have realized that the stormblade is a fun and very fluffy tank but it never pulls its points back.

Most people bubble wrap their cheese in a Spartan (flare shield -2 for blast. so now only 1 str 8 hit...) and then you have to pay 100 pts for 2 lascannons a 2 hbolters. not worth it for 3k games...

Next time I would drop the stormblade and take tyrants. They always make their points back and are savages.

I also enjoy rocket havocs. But the medusas wont normally live long enough to kill a Spartan (always get rocked by alpha striking leviathans or an outflanker unit). and then the havocs wont be able to because of the flare shield.

I def wanna take some lascannon havocs within the rocket squad or a venator for precaution.
