The plan is that Fulgrim choses the out flank stratigic warlord trait and out flanks the bikes.
he rides with the
Palatine Blade and the Primus Medicae in the drop pod

speeders also out flank

Unfortunately the primus medicae is a support officer, so can't be your compulsory hq. Switch him out for a chaplain instead.

As for the rest of the list looks Alright, you might struggle to deal with spartans and super heavies but otherwise your anti tank is alright. Jet bikes don't benefit much from out flanking though, especially the long range culverins so I wouldn't recommend that plan.

Also might be nice to get rhinos for your kakaphoni so they have a bit more maneuverability.

The Paladin Blades Squad was getting smaller so i though instead of takeing a unit of 7 blades why not take a bodyguard.  I buffed up the Noise marine units but decided that they will walk.

Added an Apothecary for FnP.

So Fulgrim, his body guard, Chaplin, Apothecary all in dread Claw.

I saw seaker squads, liked there ammo and added one in, there rules seam quite nice.

Better or worse?

Is the command squad armed right?

Does the chaplin need the spear?.

Chaplain gets a power weapon for free so no he doesn't really need a spear. Command squad gear looks fine, power axes just means they will lose out on their charge bonus but since they are mainly just an escort for Fulgrim that's fine. If you can find the pts I'd give the apothecary a power sword and artificer armor so he's more useful in that unit.

All of your infantry units really should have rhinos. It buys them time to be safe from small arms fire, and increases their mobility greatly. Plus with only your sicaran and javelins your armor saturation is limited. Think you can drop sky slayers for 3 rhinos with pintle mounted multi meltas.
