Not sure how to base him either, think I'll just do my normal basing rather than snow, as a whole army of these guys in snow will look weird on my ash/desert board. Tycho pretty much just needs another few layers of yellow, and then tidying up, and some ink over the gold to make it pop a bit on the body. Both arms need metal done, claws white and blue, and all his cables need to be painted. Then an oil wash over all the metal worky bits. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It was darker than hell at night, and that was the best lighting I could muster before the end of the day. I'll try to take some better pictures around midday today and post. After working late I get home to the Mrs. Insisting we go to the market for groceries, needless to say, we were out later than I had anticipated. LOL, was fun anyway and despite my Vallejo red turning gloss on me (what's up with that?!) I am quite pleased with how this one turned out... Still a few finishing touches to go, then a coat of varnish and done. Maybe this model is the start of a BA army for me....
