Few problems at 2500 you need 3 hqs.

 

A Spartan probably needs dozer blade and ceramite.

 

Rhinos dozed blades are nice so are multi meltas but maybe those can be spared.

 

The basilisk isn't very good a medusa is strictly better 95% if not more the minimum range really hampers it and the worse ap and s aren't to helpful it's got a huge max range but pretty useless on a 6×4.

 

Outsiders with plasma units okay it's very costly though for 6 3+ bikes but it can bring the hurt to. I don't think you need 2 dedicated plasma gun units.

 

Javellins separate units is normally better is also try give them multi meltas at least if not hunter killers to.

 

I'd try add a chainfist into those tartaros as well makes a huge difference vs vehicles even with hvarl.

 

Your dreads may be better off as a Morris dual kheres and then a melee cortus probably more points effecient.

 

Seems like a lot of points in those grey slayers but might be okay though a rhino multi melta is definetly better than a squad combo melta for only a small price increase.
