Looking at going Alpha Legion because of the flexibility that they seem to have and the models look nice lol. Rangaman Posted April 18, 2017 Share Posted April 18, 2017 Slightly different to other CotH lists I've seen, a pair of Dreadnoughts is a nice change and the Grav Rapiers aren't so common anymore. One thing, the Saboteur has a Combi-weapon, a pair of Lightning Claws and a Power Dagger? I think he loses the option to take the Combi-weapon if he swaps his original gear for the paired claws. Other than that, I would probably suggest dropping the AC and Aux Drive on the Sicaran, it just bumps his cost up and he still has the potential of being one shotted by a Lascannon or something nasty like Vulturax. Apart from that and onto your list: ~ Where's Dynat going ? There's no unit he's attached to it seems. ~ His WL trait seems wasted in this list (Don't tell me he's DS'ing himself on his own). ~ The Saboteur is totally over-equipped. Keep him cheap is the rule here. ~ You're really light on anti-tank for a 2.500 pts. list. ~ Tac squads look fine. Though 3 scoring units isn't much in 2.500 pts. Am I correct in assuming if I am fielding Alpharius than Dynat does not get to confer Deep Strike nor get the ability to take a Power Dagger? The laughing raven Posted April 19, 2017 Share Posted April 19, 2017 Any way of swapping bits around to get 2ccw for your tacs, I have found these can really swing things when a list is so tactical squad heavy? when using counter attack rolling 30 dice can really put a crimp in a opponents smile.
