It's not very many units for 1850, but when you're buying expensive tanks that will happen! Deep Strike and other fast moving/deployment options will ruin your day but the Knight can help a little there. Unit placement will be key but as much as I like Demolishers I wonder if you could do with some more direct fire support, for when the enemy are too close for pie plates o'doom?

Yeh... I hate to say but if this is meant to be a competitive list then youre going to have a bad day...
As soon as anything hits your lines youre going to crumble pretty quickly and even though ITC doesnt require a super amount of mobility I dont think you have enough.
You need some bubble wrap at a minimum and I'd suggest a second knight.
If this is just for fun then you should be ok

Fish: main reason for Demos is that, of the tanks in Armoured Battlegroup in troop slots, it seems to me to be the most cost effective.

As soon as you get to numerous small units, this starts having trouble.
It's fine if they have things you can ignore (for example, against eldar, snipe the lance weapons, and worry about the bikes later, since they can't scratch front/side) but played against a Gladius with:
8 assault cannon razorbacks, 6 melta gun tac squads, 2 flamers assault squads, and 2 double grav cannon devestator squads in rhinos.
That was not a fun game.
