Devastators, Whirlwind, Predator and Chaplain will be the mainstays of the firebase (The Litany of Hate adding the +1 to wound rolls really helps the Missiles with AT), with Tactical squads roaming to provide objective cover and a skirmish screen. The bulk of the points, and the main hammer-blow, will come from the Lias Issodon death squads, dropping in together with the Lieutenant to rip and tear into an enemy priority target, before moving off to deal more damage. Re-rolls to hit, and re-rolling 1's on the wound with such high strength weapons is going to be brutal.Hopefully I can pull it off. Its a remarkably tank light list for my style, so should be interesting to use. Â Â I must ask also, how lore friendly would the idea of the Sternguard I am using actually being directly tied to the 5th Company, due to the general lack of strength of the Raptors, the 1st company being spread throughout the chapter to bolster company numbers more, bringing in members of under strength tactical squads to produce more specialized units. Been meaning to make one for a long while, but with the move to more close quarters fighting I feel he and my Assault squad will get a lot more love and use. In non-Raptors news however, I have started on a Primaris only force, as I do like the new models and I wanted to take a bit of a plunge. A Raven Guard successor named Rhyfelwyr y Ddraig (Dragon Warriors). In addition, I have also begun a small allied Knight house for them both, as yet unamed but based on the colours of my family name's crest. Unfortunately that means yellow! Stompy robits <3  And currently I feel like a bit more 'In your face' short range gunfire, but using a few sneaky ambush tactics too. Lots of centurions and dreadnoughts I think. Although considering the work and money it takes to build even three of the centurions, let alone the 6 I have now, I might have to leave them as is.  Those look great! Love the dragon bit on the chest of the Plasma model. That knight also looks very crisssssssssp. Its based from the Adrax model. I loved it and decided ot butcher it for my own. And thanks!
