What's the Chapter symbol, the red skull wreathed in blue flames? What's the thing on the right side door, a reliquary bearing skulls of martyred battle-brothers the Land Raider passengers intend to avenge? I got the decals from Scumb4g Kustoms after years of procrastinating so hopefully my marine vehicles will be picking up some traction out of the pile of shame and onto the painting table. The white script with gold lettering was from the same source. As for the reliquary, it was more to do with the fact that I glued the door upside-down like an idiot and then had to do some cutting, filing and application of green stuff, plastic detaild and much cursing to hide the damage. However, I love the idea you have suggested. Since Revenant is directly translated as "to return", the idea of the chapter's dead returning as a reminder of deeds to be avenged, it fits really well. The chapter theme also fits perfectly to Dreadnought pilots returning from the dead and Primaris returning to service after crossing the Rubicon Primaris. Thanks for the additional inspiration. Hidden Content The skull of some big beastie, with holes where they killed it using the rivet kannon, and ram i quickly made from girders. Trophy flag from a past battle. As I had truncated the exhausts I wanted to add something there instead and strangely jaw bones fit perfectly. Here’s Pumpy And the gunner, slapping the fire button with a grenade. Shoulder armour made of old tire, inspired by Mad Max and Simon Phoenix. Must add more of this through the army. The symbol appears to be part of a larger transfer sheet if you check out his thread :) Great stuff in there, not sure why I hadn't seen more of it before! Magos Takatus Posted April 18, 2021 Share Posted April 18, 2021 Hi all. I've recently finished my Deimos Pattern Relic Predator and I really tried to emphasise the "Relic" part. Once again thanks to Scumb4g Kustoms on Facebook for the chapter insignia and the white text. The turret art was created with some old (old old) Space Wolf transfer sheet painted over for a canine head. I didn't know how to make three head decals look good so I stuck with one. As usual, rotate-o-vision. This time it's almost in focus! Let me know what you think.
