Couple of bits on there that don't seem to be 8ed legal, like Captains with jump-packs and Contemptors, but they're painted and I'll still play them because

 

 

As I fully expect us to have access for FW Relic Contemptor, I included my plastic one using GW's PL of 8 as a placeholder.

I have approximately 1200 pl in BA just doing a quick headcount not including FW, with generic SM stuff it goes up to just under 1400. I dont like magnetizing so i have to make one of each type of thing usually.

Going by the rough power level = points/20 I surmised, I'm around 6000 pts fully painted, so about 300 power.

If this ratio is true then I have about the same power to add to the fun...though my collection is definitely not painted.

Almost halfway there! And I haven't bought stuff for my BA since the last release with plastic sanguinary priest.

 

I did a simple spreadsheet and now have a list of all my models, which is nice. Also, broke down the power points on a per-model basis, and so if I had 8 scouts, I just did 8 x 1.2, or if I had 6 terminators, I multiplied 6 x 2.6, etc.. I used the original number as what to divide by number of models.

I need to do this as well. I know what I have by memory, but that's because it's not that much lol. I actually counted it up and I'm at 294 for BA. Not sure how much in terms of DG from the box.

The rough conversion rate is 1 power is 20pts, so 1000pts is about 50 power.

 

I need to burn through my pile of shame, 6k pts painted BA after 20 years is pretty poor going.
