They are fantastic! I love those bladeguards, they're exactly the type of norse looking primaris I love
I want to get some of those helmets, but $50AUD to get to me is a bit rich!

not a fan of the helms but, man great use of the other bitz. good carving on those girdles, too.
There are some striations but they are only visible on a very close look.HV, are the helms smooth, or do they have some of the printing striations?

They really do help the look, but I was wondering if they smooth out more with a good priming, or are the striations still visible. They really look great the work yer doing is fantastic.
Im into it, looking good , might steal the fluff bit as a base for my own stuff.

The backstory is well-written. I hope to see the completed model soon. Here is my take on a Space Wolves Judiciar.
Great idea!I added a wolf skull pommel in place of the regular one on the sword.
My suggestion: Black-painted Custodes helmets, which are shaped like an executioner's hood. Alternatively, Mark III power armor helmets, or a Codex Chapter's Chaplain's skull helm (to show they're trusted with SOME of a Wolf Priest's duties, but have yet to prove themselves worthy of a wolf skull helm).Still trying to decide on a head for him and he will have some skulls on chains hung on his back but you get the idea of what it will look like.

The barrel of Mjod! Fantastic!
Do you know that while you are shaving and polishing your armour we fight …?
Definitely the barrel, amazing idea!
Sorry I'm late, I didn't want to be here
That is an exceptionally elegant way to incorporate heresy-era SW background into the judicar, well done. Great conversion too.
looks like it, just with some subtle, but very flavorful, adjustments.Did you use sergeant Jovin as the base for this? I love it!
Thanks everyone. Barrel it is!

It would be a crime to not use the barrel of Mjod!
Not sure what you guys think but I think there should be a drinking horn or two next to the barrel as well

How about a drinking horn instead of the wolf trinkets he has in his left hand?
