A forum-wide annoucement re: Photobucket?

I see a lot of people use Photobucket to store their signatures, and after PB went into a paying model, those same signatures now show their "you're not a paying customer, please upgrade" message instead. Perhaps a forum-wide bulletin to let everyone know, so people can attend to their signatures? It seems a lot of people missed the news.

Well, that's what I get for not doing my research. Still, it seems a few of our members missed that one, so perhaps some kind of "look here" announcement?

The software does handle announcements, but I don't think they're paid much heed. We've done as much as can be reasonably expected to lead these horses to water - if you host your images elsewhere the onus is on you to take care of them after all.
