When it mentions who is affected it says Predators', which seems to indicate multiple, while Predator's would have indicated a single Predator. While I've seen many odd things in Games Workshops rules, grammatical errors are very seldom among them. The first sentence looks like a quick check to see if the three tanks are forming a 'squadron' with 6" coherency. Note that it does make reference to all three tanks in so far as you do measure to the outside tanks from the inside tank. So, I would expect the benefit to apply to all three tanks.
