I am really pleased with the speed and consistency I can pump these models out! I should have a useable force soon. 1 more Dread and a Repulsor and that will be the first 1000 points! It shouldnt take to much longer to expand to 1500. I'll hopefully have a really nice looking force for the start of next years Tournament season!

Aggressors scream "Angry Marine" to me. You know what you need to do.

Buy a Chaos Space Marine kit. Do not assemble the traitors, but paint the joints the red of torn flesh and the white of broken bones. Scatter the, well, scattered remains of the Chaos Space Marines on the Aggressors' bases- unless the Angry Marines want to swing the traitors' severed arms and legs like clubs, to beat other enemies of the Imperium to death.

Alternately, use the unassembled model of a Daemon, Eldar, Ork, Necron, Tau, Tyranid, or other enemy of the Imperium for the decorations on an Angry Marines Aggressor's base.

Hopefully you will like what I have planned for my Interssesor Sargeant! It involves a Ork and the Phrase "THIS IS SPARTA!!!!"

My Complete Angry Dread #2 and Repulsor! I must say the Repulsor was a really hard slog! I don't think Ive ever spent that long on a single model before! Hopefully worth it, but I don't think I will be doing another one anytime soon.

After all that time and effort I thought it only fitting to give the sacred vehicle a name. I give you "The Attitude Adjustor"

Very nice work on the Angry Marines..... I love these guys:yes: Almost fell on the floor when I first saw them a few years ago. Nice paint work, great freehand on the heraldry (or would the Angry Marines call it graffiti.... wouldn't want to piss these guys off:no:).

I really like your Eversors too..... would make great pets for the Angry Marines. You could chain them to your dreadnought and he could take them for a walk.... just a thought:wink:  Keep up the great work.

To be honest making intercessors is not why I created this force, but with the custom rules on a hobby based event I am planning to take them to I need a minimum of 2 troop choices. Its been a tough slog keeping these guys interesting as they are basically just bigger bolter marines. I did my best to make them unique using the pre posed boxed set stuff, but really these is only so much you can do. Sooooo my next squad is going to have to be another set of bigger bolter marines! However I did buy the new kit and there is a fair bit more flexibility with it, but I really do miss the old marines system where you could adjust there legs at the hips! I really felt like that alone allowed you to add the impression of movement to a model or at least do a few unique poses. Adjusting the legs on the new kits is difficult! Anyway sneak peak below!

Again, good job. The middle fingers and other Angry Marines modifications are always welcome, including the (regrettably censored) cuss words on Sgt Face Kicker's boltrifle.

Silly question I am sure, but why would the angry marines need primaris reinforcements? They are basically immortal because of their rage shields right?

The better they survive enemy ranged attacks, the better they can get close enough to KICK ALL ENEMIES OF THE IMPERIUM IN THE GROIN!!!

A very long overdue update here!

Lastly some army wide shots of the force I played at First Blood (An objective secured event in WA). I was really lucky to win Best Army at the event, something I'm really proud of as there were over 82 players there!

I'm not sure where to go with this army next, but I am going to concentrate on my Blood Angels for now. I'd like to add a Techmarine and a Angry Marine whirlwind at some stage, that should flesh the army out to about 1500 points!

The Predator Angrinator doesn't look very angry. Then again, its crew are Angry Marines, who undoubtedly insist any time they can spend painting clenched teeth and downturned brows on the tank's front hull, will be better spent TEARING OFF THE SCROTUMS OF ENEMIES OF THE EMPEROR, and then BEATING THEM TO DEATH WITH THEIR OWN TORN OFF SCROTUMS.

The enemies are beyond the tank crew's reach? THEY WON'T BE. THAT'S WHAT THE OVERCHARGED ENGINES ARE FOR.

Three things.

First your painting is fantastic the battle damage looks great and the bases really add to the model.

Second the posing is also spot on and is so often over looked. It really adds to the army.

Thirdly your angry marine are absolutely hilarious. The angry marine launcher is obviously great but it’s the little touches like the psychic power flipping the bird that transcends into genius.

Great stuff I will definatley be following this thread.
