Some Lore From My Kabal/Guild

Archon SilverStar was having a party at the Guild's Compound which was equivalent to a lower ranking  mansion. They were having parties in two separate rooms. One room was for the people Archon SilverStar suspected were not loyal and might try to plot a coup against Him. One was full of people that He knew were completely loyal to Him. Both groups were there. They both knew there was another party in the opposing room but were not told an of the details. The Archon had secretly brought in people some of the captives, from the dungeon. He made sure nobody was aware of them being brought in. They were bound and gagged. They were brought into the party room full of the people loyal to the Kabal/Guild. People were confused and began to whisper among each other. "Silence, All Of You." The Archon then ordered them to keep quiet, disrobe, and put the clothes they entered with on the people from the dungeon. Then they were given new clothes and secretly escorted from the compound and sent home safely. The Archon then ordered the Incubi to slaughter all the captives dressed now in the costumes of  noble finery. They were ordered to make the slaughter as bloody and Gorey as possible, and do it as loudly as possible.

The people in the party for the people he suspected of disloyalty began to panic and were almost ready to try to flee, but were curious as to what had happened. The Archon, wielding an Agonizer and covered in the blood that had jetted forth from the captives from the dungeons that had entered the room. But they were now dressed in the costumes of  nobles from the loyalist party and were covered in blood. None of them were recognizable. The Archon then stuck with the act. "You know that there were two parties here tonight. But you know not how or why. Those in the other room were those I knew to be loyal. Their loyalty was beyond questioning. Turn your attention to the carnage that has been done in that room tonight. Know that I know of your disloyalty and that some of you were even plotting a coup. Now take note of what has been done to the people in that room. The guild mates nobles in that room were great warriors who's loyalty was beyond reproach. So just THINK of what I would do to verminous scum like you, if you went through with your disloyal actions. Let that be a lesson to you. A lesson you learn well.

No, sorry it doesn't work. The people who left are still alive ,and as they say loose lips sink ships. If he truly is desirous of sending a message then they cannot leave alive. He must kill them,or to ensure that those he is sure, of are loyal. They  must understand that loyalty must be absolute. Re read this opening ,and put on your darker side. This is a being who is at the highest level,in a realm of cruelty, and to survive and achieve his level their must have been violence, for it's own sake.
