You may not have seen it in the "BA today" Thread, but i wil ask it here too, since those Charnel Guard shoulder pads look very interresting (proportions and design seem to be optimal quality), would you mind to take picture of a Raw Charnel Guard should pad (if there is still one that remains unpaint^^), and another with a close look of what it give when painted. It would be very appreciated, and i would thanks you for this. =)
On the miniature, this test miniature look like a decent starting, though the yellow light of the pictures may not credits to the quality of your work.
Since everyone "artistic" inspiration is unique, i will not give any specific point of view about "how i would paint this part, and this one, and....", but just about the red part, i would advice you to follow the Duncan Flesh Tearers Youtube tutorial, to make it simple. (Khorne red/Wazdakka red/Cadian flesh).
