Basic plan:

 

The 2 Tactical squads with missile launcher and lascannon will be back field objective campers. I gave them a long range weapon each so they can still contribute to the battle when nothing is near them.

 

The 3rd Tactical Squad will ride in the Razorback with the Techmarine.

 

The Assault Squads will be grabbing other objectives.

 

Devastator squad will be placed somewhere with a good field of fire.

 

The Contemptor and Sternguard will ride in the Stormraven.

 

Shrike will probably either deepstrike or SftS with the Vanguard.

I'd suggest finding the points (and models) for 10 Sternguard.

 

5 with flame weapons, 5 with melta weapons.

 

I've found that mixing the weapons in 5-man squads like that means they do lots of diddly.

 

There just isn't enough of either to output the damage you are after.

 

Also, points-wise, vanguard kick out far more damage than assault marines do. The only reason I tens to take them in most of my lists currently is lack of vanguard (almost fixed) and counter-charge/deep strike denial near my Fire base. Assault squads don't get ObSec AFAIK, so be careful if they are trying to oust other units from objectives.

 

Last thing... Sniper Scouts... trying for those mortal wounds in addition to normal damage makes people hide their characters and either target the scouts over other things, or, deny themselves full use of their auras. Ignore this bit... Just saw the scouts there...

Maybe swap Sternguard for Company vets? I hate to see all them S.I.Bolters wasted in favor of combis when you might be able to get the same load out for maybe a few points cheaper?

Also if I'm not mistaken you can now equip Plasma guns instead of flamers/P.pistols.Of course you can't use a Plasma gun in the fight phase!
