Hey, guys. I have been a fan of Warhammer for a little more than ten years now, and played for about five of those years. I stopped playing/collecting models because the atmosphere of the local players were toxic, and with the Editions coming out, I needed to remake my armies. It just got too expensive. Been looking for a new hobby to do lately, something to do with my hands, and I figured I would get back into building and painting the models. Probably not going to play any games with the models, but make my own chapter, and maybe other armies. Haven't decided what other armies I will do. I have mostly stuck with Space Marines and Chaos Space Marines, as I got into Warhammer through the Horus Heresy books. I have actually been here before (at least the old site) as a guest, looking for tips and tricks to painting my own models. Figured I'd join this time, try to actually put my models out there for the pros to critique. Hope to learn a lot, and maybe make some friends here.

Welcome back in the hobby! This new edition is bringing back a lot of players (like me too!) so hopefully you'll find a different atmosphere in your gaming area
Slowly repainting my old Space Marines models. I'm also starting a Chaos Space Marines army and a Primaris Marines army! Read about it here.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. I may or may not go back to play. Even if I do, it wouldn't be for a while. I am limiting myself to one box a month.

Welcome back to the game and welcome to B&C Captain Venku, I know what you mean about the prices, actually I think we all do heh!
I would recommend as I would to any one to look around for site that offer cheap alternatives for use in 30K and 40K games or just to show off if you prefer or you can simply check on ebay which is a great source of finding cheap models and bits to use.
