4*1000 pt armies is a hell of a lot for someone that's unmotivated. I think that mass of stuff would kill your motivation rather than drive it.

 

1000pts is what, 200 termegants and 2 neurothropes?

 

What's your usual output?

 

What's the most you've ever painted in 3 months in an ETL?

 

If the most you've painted for ETL is 1000pts or under you should rethink this. Painting at ETL rates for 3 months is bad enough, never mind a full year.

 

If you really want 4 armies, I'd go hq and 2 troops + transport for each, per quarter to begin with. If you smash the first month, then add to it.
