Every chaos god should get steed as separate kit, like nurgles heralds and chaos lords amongst others should get model of palanquin to ride on.

Chaos Lords no longer have the option of a Daemonic mount in C:CSM.

I love how every new codex takes everything fancy away... And here i am only reading indexes.

I can't agree with you. They try to do two things. Make some buy And play product for new players. They don't need think about convertions. They buy codex And minus And They play. Easy as that. I understand that point of view.
But They made wise decision, that Every mini Ever produced (nearly every) have some rules And you can play with it. It is win-win situation.

Which is fine, technically. We are directed to continue using the Indexes for models that no longer feature in the codex so you can still use a Juggerlord (for example), you just have to use the Index entry for them.

"I have of late - but wherefore I know not - lost all my mirth, forgone all custom of exercises; and indeed it goes so heavily with my disposition that this goodly frame, the earth, seems to me a sterile promontory; this most excellent canopy, the air, look you, this brave o'erhanging firmament, this majestical roof fretted with golden fire, why, it appears no other thing to me than a foul and pestilential congregation of vapours. What a piece of work is a man! how noble in reason! how infinite in faculty! in form and moving how express and admirable! in action how like an angel! in apprehension how like a god! the beauty of the world! the paragon of animals! And yet to me, what is this quintessence of dust? man delights not me: no, nor woman neither. Nor woman neither."

Duncan's 300th painting video is up and it features a new nurgling riding a fly on a large base, similar to when they painted the gyrinx on Yvrainne's base. The base looks the right size for a new Beast model to me, and smaller than what I would expect for a new GUO.

Nurglings are seriously one of the best things in the 40k universe. Gotta love those little guys. :D

So yeah, I'm really not rude it's basically just cultural differences that act against me here. Again, I apologize.

I was going to make a pun until you said that, good thing I restrained myself ;) :P

Are those new Nurgle go karts of doom out yet? Those things look awesome! I hope FW reverse engineers those into the dark mechanicum lists like the bloat drone sort of was.

I do like how they've taken the goofy nature of Nurglings and really run with it in the recent models. You kinda want to give them a hug, except for that part where you'd start vomiting all over the place and quite possibly die afterwards.

That said, new Nurgle models aren't exactly exciting. We spent over half of this year looking at images of Death Guard and then waiting as they slowly trickled out. I'm kinda done with Nurgle.

Well, that's really got more to do with the months after months of teasing and delayed releases than anything. Had the Death Guard been released around August with Nurgle Daemons following closely, we wouldn't be in this situation. I mean, I love that the Death Guard got the subfaction treatment and that Nurgle Daemons are about to get an update, and even I wan't them to be done. First because I want to have them all already, and second because I wanna see what's next.

Thank you, it wasn't hard...

This doesn't take any effort. As a serious point I can't wait for proper plastic noise marines. However, back on topic... if the plastic beasts follow the artwork from the death guard codex that'd be brill. Just wondering how chunky the great unclean one will be?

If Mortarion is a metric, then Papa Nurgle should be barfingly awesome.

I'd rather use the Lord of Change as comparison which is indeed incredibly awesome. Can't wait to see the new Daemon models GW is going to release (and eventually Fiends of Slaanesh and Keeper of Secrets as well wub.gif )

I echo the hopes of those wanting to see a daemonic (and EC) Slaaneshi resurgence - imagine a giant KoS with the monster head and bull head as options!

Anyway, another tantalising titbit. Really looking forward to seeing this Nurgle range - hopefully I'll have enough DG painted by then to warrant picking up some daemonic allies.

That Nurgling is even better then the Nurgling wearing the Plague Marine helmet, awesome work GW.

I would love to see EC/Slaanesh get similar treatment, would be cool if one day all the legions got such distinct identities in their model range and rules.

Since he is riding a fly, do you think he could be part of a Herold on Drone kit ?

If I am right, fluff wise Nurglings very often try to mimic their master, don't they ?

I hope not, unless you intend to make an entire army of Plague Drones. Nothing else in a Nurgle Daemon Army would be able to keep pace with him.
