Looks pretty good! The first thing that came to mind was dropping either the Auxiliary Drive or the Dozer Blade on the Spartan and instead giving it a Flair Shield :tu:

I've got 40 free points I didn't know what to do with ... I can put on the flare shield and drop either the aux drive or the dozer ... which one do you think I should keep?

Well the Dozer Blade is better for avoiding being immobilised moving through difficult terrain, but the Auxiliary Drive can repair an immobilised result suffered due to difficult terrain or a penetrating hit. It's up to you really. I'd Probably just keep the Dozer Blade because it's cheaper and try to spend the remaining points somewhere else.
