Only a small thing but your Inquisitors can't have two ranged weapons, Imperium Index 2 Faq changed it that you can only replace the chainsword with a melee weapon.

Other than that, it looks reasonably competitive. I'm not a fan of spamming units, especially things like Apothecaries but that's just me.

I’ve never played 2500 points in 8 th but the 6 Apothecaries just seem like too much. It feels like you’ve reached a point of diminishing returns with that many. I don’t know for sure though, as I’ve never tried that many. It would appear in a battle against elite armies you’ll do well but you’re so elite here it may hurt against spammy armies.

They won't be able to shoot voldus or the apoths who will then get ready second turn charges.

And the hammers will melt everyone.

I'll let you know how i fair. But no matches this week. Hibernating in lincoln with folks while chemo runs is course.

Last match i had 9 paladin. This match is 7 apoths.

Got more minis in this list than last one!

I'm willing to bet it will be beastly, I've been running 2 apothecary's and they really are great, I had one with the soul glaive hold firm against a squad of death company with a couple of hammers, then attack back and kill 4, then kill the rest in the next turn, and then survive lemartes and kill him back in the following turn. all while scoring me 3 VP's by standing on an objective.

Well.

I got smashed. Retired start of my turn 3 only having voldus the prime and an apoth with 2W left.

Nid player changed his list. Was Gorgon brigade.

Some notes from match.

The Aquilla was great. My opponent had 12CP and i got back 4 during the match.

One ndk died to a broodlord dealing a 5W smite... Yeah our baby smite sucks.

The Culexes got blasted off the board by 90 devilgaunt S4 shots.

Nids have a Strat that lets a unit shoot a second time. Like 90 S4 shots? Here, eat that again.

Apoths with Hammers ripped through Warriors like a hot knife through butter.

As much as i dislike them. I think I'm now going to lose every match unless I use 1/2 Stormravens. /sigh
