You can't make Grav Cannon LandRaiders with TFCs attached to the side :(

Hurricane Exitus rifles are a better option, due to their range (72", compared to a sniper rifle's 36"). You should also add an omniscope or a device that lets you reroll failed To Hit rolls, and fully exploit the weapon's capabilities.
