GW is taking an official survey. Be nice. Pretend your mother is the person tasked with reading the comments.

Just did it. Not expecting much from it tho....pretty unlikely for them to bring back WHFB and it doesn't seem they care to give PayPal as payment option on black-library either. :D

Disclaimer:

If my posts appear rude to you, I apologize. It's not meant to be rude in any way, it's just the way folks are in my country. It's really more about being direct than being rude. I know how it's perceived in the english speaking community and I already try to tone it down but I barely notice when it's too much since it's normal for me.

So yeah, I'm really not rude it's basically just cultural differences that act against me here. Again, I apologize.

Uggh. I must enter a GW social media channel despite not using any of them. Also asked questions without follow ups for explaining.

Better than a donkey punch though. :)

Used the survey to ask for plastic Sisters of Battle. Perhaps with enough responses like that, we can see some results.

It is glorious that they do this. But remember, keep it contructive when you criticise something. No one likes whining ;)

I reminded them that GrimDark is what built this setting. :]

Oh and that people still play Warhammer Fantasy, and refuse to touch AoS....

Made sure I mentioned all the now-dead games I still play, like Inquisitor, Warmaster, and Mordheim (hint, hint, HINT, Games Workshop).

EDIT: I forgot to ask them to actually support their second-line stuff instead of pushing out product and then forgetting it. Shadow War, anyone?

Totally mentioned how people still play Warhammer Fantasy and how it is a massive void in the gaming industry for rank and file fantasy games(Even like a legacy book or something would be nice). Also to keep pouring money into specialist games/skirmish wargames

I think Fantasy has found a new home with Creative Assembly, and those fine people are doing God's work with the setting.

50 quid voucher? Pfft. I remember when White Dwarf survey winners would get a mad dash in their local GW store and could walk off with as much stuff as they could carry!

Eh we already thought that with Mantic but it ended up pretty disappointing to be honest.

And while Total Warhammer is great, it's not the same as having it as real tabletop. ^^

Ack!  I forgot to mention Mordheim.  At least I remembered Battlefleet Gothic.

Otherwise, did say Plastic Sisters, and Plastic Aspect Warriors.

Just after submission I also realized I brain farted on the chance to mention "More 40k Alien Factions, and especially a Chaos Aligned one"

I asked them to support the people who stayed through crappy times, such as sisters and chaos players. To update the troop models for those who really need it, Eldar, Chaos, Sisters and such. I asked them to promote and give more attention to non competitive players due to my personal opinions on how it changes the game. I also asked, and admitted selfishly, for full World Eater and Custodes releases, as well as rounding out Primaris. I then told them how important the hobby is to me and that I love the settings, games and models.

I've spent more on 8th Edition era models off of Ebay due to that game, than I have for 40K since 7th edition!

For the last question, I've asked for the return of a sprue and bit sale service. Not looking to screw GW bits stores, but having it readily available and not depending on stock replenishments would be a nice thing to have, specially for people that likes to kitbash and convert as much as possible. Another thing I've mentioned at some point is FW products availability through GW stores, even if I know it is probably not that viable.

When they asked how to improve I suggested open beta rule tests, because the amount of errors I have seen were quiet shocking and easily to find (least for me).

Also I suggested if they take a model down from forgeworld for mould repair/replacement to keep it in the store but with a notice saying "mould under repair" with an estimated time if possible, simply because it would help to stop people price gouging models as "out of production" when they are not and saves time for those whom wonder if it is actually gone, I used the example of emailing about the gorgon heavy transporter to find it is hopefully going to return.

I also suggested improving kit weapon choices (eg if a squad can take 3 of a weapon, give it 3 of them) or to provide a way to buy it seperately.

I would appreciate it if others suggested these things too, as to me they would be very good ways for GW to fix some problems.

I asked for similar things, but rather a bits service I asked for more "conversion kits" similar to what the Space Marines already have, but for other factions. I mentioned the FW products being available in-store as well to encourage me to actually visit a GW store.

I also asked for combined shipping between the FW and GW online stores, as the FW shipping can be a bit steep sometimes due to it being percentage based rather than a set price like the GW store has.
