1000 pt Holiday tournament list

I'm looking for advice. I want to enter a doubles Christmas tournament. To do so, I need to do two things: have a optimal 1000pt list, and make a Holiday/Christmas themed miniature.

 

For the list, I'm thinking Celestine, A flamer Dom Repressor, a melta Dom Repressor and a stormbolter Dom's Repressor. I will be playing alongside guard.

 

As for the model, I might just put a santa hat on a girl, but that's boring. I'm debating between making a sleigh out of popsicle sticks and plasticard and mounting Flamers on it (Repressor) or making a unit of penguin nuns, and giving them meltas or stormbolters or something.

 

Any advice on the list or models? I have to have it ready by December 3rd.

Turn a Dialogus into a xmas caroler(sp?) by cutting out the staff, putting a stocking hat on her head and perhaps putting in a charity bucket where the staff was?

 

Then, see if you can get her Martyred for the holidays?

 

Maybe some presents, chimney and the like to temporarily rest on top of your Repressors?
