I would love some criticism and assistance on what to use to increase my army more. I currently can field a 3k pt army. Here is what I use in that army. I use the Pride of the Legion Rite of War so I can take Perturabo as a LoW and use a 3rd Hq, mostly to have more points. Spiritual Liege Posted December 24, 2017 Share Posted December 24, 2017 You have a lot of points in some situational or just plainly useless gear. For example on the Predator and Medusas you could drop extra armour, hunterkiller missile, auxiliary drive, armoured ceramite and machine spirit. Same with HQs, support characters like Siege breaker (who is he going with btw) and Master of Signal don't need that much wargear, maybe artificer and refractor field. For Terminators and Veterans you should give them specialized wargear instead of everything a little bit. I assume Terms are teleporting with Perturabo combi-weapons and power fists are enough. The command squad and the "useless" equipment are to give more points. I figure I want to be able to play larger games. As for my vehicles, I prefer extra armor, HK missiles, and Armored Ceramite when possible, as well as Machine spirit. Riptor Posted December 28, 2017 Share Posted December 28, 2017 I'd consider finding the points (possibly via dropping some vehicle upgrades, as well as the plasma pistol and maybe power sword off of the master of signal) to upgrade the command squad a little. If you are gonna use them, then for only 60 more points you can give them all combat shields and charnable sabres (with 1 powerfist), turning them in to a reasonably killy unit instead of just some expensive babysitters.
