Storm bolters are a combi weapon and no JP unit will allow a unit full of them. Looking around the forum, i see this unit come up. Are they using the index? Yes, Company Veterans with Jump Packs are from the Index. Each veteran can take a storm bolter. BTW storm bolters are not combi-weapons.
