I'm thinking he likes to wait and give a planet plenty of time to hang itself/turn back to the way he thinks things should go, and then if he does need to pull the trigger it's with a heavy heart but no mercy. Here he is in all his glory: For February, I painted up the Inquisitor he was an Interrogator for, Prefect-Interfectrix Kara Firenze, Ordo Hereticus: She never sleeps, has an arch-nemesis and is protected by Death Cult Assassins, as well as maintaining a stable of hired killers.
