bevulf Posted October 26, 2021 Author Share Posted October 26, 2021 Thank you all guys I am not slowing down - for the last two weeks I have been painting my first Primaris tank - Repulsor Executioner. Finished it yesterday. It was very time consuming as I painted all the hull pieces separately, along with all accesories, gun operator etc. I also used FW doors that I bought somewhere in 2017 and that are unfortunately no longer available to buy... I pulled the info below from another request for his black armor earlier in the thread: "For painting black i use Andrea black paint set which consists of 6 different shades of grey that I additionally mix to achieve smooth transitions between layers (I will use names of andrea paints below): 1. Start with Abaddon Black basecoat 2. First layer of Base + 1st shadow 2. 1st and 2nd shadow mix 3. 2nd and 3rd shadow mix into reccesses 4. Base + 1st highlight 5. 1st and 2nd highlight mix 6. I thought the doors must be Forgeworld, but I didn't see them on their website (OOP apparently).
