Is all that is required for a battle-forged army is that it fits into detachments? For example would an army with two detachments of pure Marines and 1 Detachment of pure Ministorum assuming they were filled properly be a battle forged army? Would the two detachments of marine still be allowed to take chapter tactics and use chapter strategem and would the ministorum still be allowed to use acts of faith and the like? Mr. Shine Posted February 18, 2018 Share Posted February 18, 2018 Indeed, generally you just want to keep your <CHAPTER> or equivalent (so BLOOD ANGELS, <HIVE FLEET>, DEATH GUARD, <LEGION> etc.) each in their own detachment to retain their unique bonuses.
