With the Deathwatch project came to logical conclusion, at least until new codex release, I start a new one.

This time it will be Army of Mars(Cult Mechanicus, Skitarii, Knights and so on)

 

First of all there will be a WIP of a trio of Taranis Knights on a floor of an assembly yard:

 

 

and in a half assembled state:

A long time no posts, but the project is not dead.

Decided to make army tournament worthy , so had a several weeks of speed paint plus some old works not yet shown here

It was only Valiant need to be done to get a full Imperial Knights army playable

And it is almost completed

Paint work on the Knights is outstanding - nice and crisp. They look great in battle.

Done some skitarii units(rangers, vanguard and onagers) and thus completed "pure" Ad. Mech. army.

It will be made of ForgeWorld Styrix, but fully magnetized to make Crusader, Gallant or any other as needed.

A small WiP just to show that the work is going on. Sorry for the quality of the photos, will make better when it will be finished.

It is mostly done now, except base and power cable for volkite

 

 

 

 

 

The hand and shoulder mounts are magnetized so I can use it as a "modern"  knight sometimes.

So, Styrix is done^

 

It is fully magnetized, so I can change weapons as needed/. In my army it will be a Crusader (volkite will present  a Wrath of Mars relic thermal

And, as a small bonus - Lady Taranis, a pilot of this Knight. Maybe she'll be an objective marker in future.
