Back when they were starting out, they were the cheapest source of Vallejo products and I bought quite a lot of stuff that I'm still using today. I think they even have a little brick-n-mortar store now. Anyway, I've always had prompt and courteous service from them, and they usually drop a polite email to you if something's going to take a bit longer to arrive. They've been going quite a long time and used to be based next to a comic book store - give them a ring if in doubt and talk paints, they'll be glad to help I'm sure.
