Maybe they are repackaging it for 8th edition, but it's equally possible it's just gone, which is a real shame because it's such a good deal to pick up some hellions and more reavers, both of which I want a bunch of. Now that the codex is out and Reivers are legit, they have no need to offload the kits as they did before.
