Summoning and Dark Matter Crystal

I had a question about summoning and the Dark Matter Crystal. Wording of summoning is the you sacrifice movement and end of the movement phase you can try and summon and Dark Matter Crystal at the end of the moment phase you pick up the model and drop him back down, and doesn't instead of moving or as a move. So just for confirmation I could use the Dark Matter Crystal to get in close and than summon a unit on to the board correct?

Deepstriking of all kinds counts as movement. It's in an FAQ, but honestly there are so many of them that I don't recall in which one...

So no summoning after Dark Matter Crystal.

I have read through all the FAQs except the FW Index ones and there is nothing to the effect of "Deepstriking of all kinds counts as movement" with the exception to the Tallarn ambush stratrgem that adds the following;

Page 136 – Ambush Change the second sentence to read: ‘Choose up to three Tallarn units to be set up in ambush instead of placing them on the battlefield (only one of these units can have the Vehicle keyword).’ Add the following sentence: ‘The units are considered to have moved their maximum distance.’

I think someone would be good to go to DMQ and summon. Because the above is all I found and it specifies that single strategem.

It's in the rulebook, whenever something is set up after not having been on the battlefield it is considered to have moved, this includes when something is removed and then re deployed somewhere else

Edit: pg177 sidebar "Units that arrive as reinforcements count as having moved in their Movement phase for all rules purposes..." then there is an FAQ to the main rules that says removing a model from the battlefield and redeploying it counts in much the same way

"Q: If a unit uses a rule that removes them from the battlefield and then sets them up again, such as the Teleport Homer ability or the Gate of Infinity psychic power, does that unit count as having moved for the purposes of moving and firing Heavy weapons?

A: Yes. Treat such units as if they are arriving on the battlefield as reinforcements."
