There's some really cool concept art in there, including a snake-bodied Grotesque (notes state that it's been melded with Sslyth DNA to make the legs fuse and elongate), a Haemonculus that walks on stilt-heeled shoes ballerina-style (although it looks like they could be bone-spurs), and also have concept art of a Disintegrator-Pistol, with mentions of having Disintegrator-rifles as well, alongside vehicle-mounted equivalents of the Haywire Blaster. Also, apparently the original plan for Lelith was to have her with two Razorflails sheathed on her back, along with her original sword/knife and trident from the old model, so she could pick between any of the Wych weapons to use each turn.
