I have a Demon detachment with 1 unit of 19 Bloodletters and 30 horrors and debating whether it is worth the 15 points. Not so much for anything 20 and below. Same here. I normally go small or full 30. For a 30 man unit it is worth it, especially for tough Plague Bearers and a Bilepiper for extra fun. Also remember that you can take moral tests even if you cant fail them. So after just loosing 1 model do not forget to roll and hope for a 1.
