List for narrative game, but somehow competitive

The idea of the list is bringing back the defenders of terra, imperial fists (represented by the crimsom fists), white scars and blood angels, trying to take advantage of their respective strengths. This is how it ended.
BATTALION DETACHMENT. CRIMSON FISTS.
Lieutenant. Bolt pistol, chainsword.
3× 5 men tac squads, missile launcher. Sarge boltgun.
6 men aggressor squad
5 men devastator squad, lascannons.
Librarian on bike. Force sword, boltgun. Veil of time, Null zone.
2× Attack bike squads. 1 bike, multimelta.
Bike squad, 5x marines w. chainsword,2x flamers, sarge power sword.
Chaplain, crozius, boltgun, angel's wings. Warlord, artisan of war.
5x company veterans, jumpack, 4x chainswords & storm bolters, sarge power sword & storm bolter.
Sanguinary ancient, encarmine blade, angelus boltgun, standard of sacrifice.
13x death company, 3 thunderhammers, 3x power sword boltgun, 7 chainsword boltgun.
The list has 3 main bricks that make it quite strong. The aggressor-devastator star with pedro and the lieutenat, that can dish out a hell of fire. The bike squad, that can assault turn one with born on the saddle if needed. And the death company that can forlorn fury+veil of time to engage anything on the table turn one.

Vanguard Veteran squad. Jumpacks. 10 men. 7xstormshield and chainsword, 2xstormshield and powersword, sarge stormshield and relic blade.
The crimson fist batallion and the white scars have an incredible amount of firepower to deal with horde armies; take note of the combination of bolter drill+rapid fire (2cp), a unit of 10 intercessors can dish out 40 shots, with +1 to hit if the enemy if they have 20+ models, and 5+ generate an extra hit, for 1 extra cp you can use Liberator, so that 6's to hit count as 2 hits. Anyway, this list has a potential 60 bolt rifle, 18 shotgun, 4 mastercrafted bolter, and 86 boltgun shots to make way for the descent of angels on turn 2 without the use of CPs.
There is a decent amount of anti tank, with 2 meltas and 3 multi meltas on the withe scars, and they will be in range of anyting as the attack bikes move 14" a turn and have a range of 24", and the bike unit can make use of born in the saddle to advance 22" and has a range of 12" with the meltaguns.
There is a decent amount of cc power, with brother smash, a punchy sanguinary guard unit and a full veteran vanguard unit to deal with any remains of horde units, and then the company veterans add some more dakka in form of overcharged plasma fire.
