Lord_Caerolion Posted May 28, 2018 Share Posted May 28, 2018 Yep, basically because there's heaps of fluff about the Genestealer Cults infiltrating and taking over the local militia forces and Imperial Guard, yet the theme they wanted for the wider army was more of an underbelly cult look, so going for the mining colony aesthetics. Making the conversion kit was simple enough to allow people to take a more militarized cult, while still allowing the wider army to have a more unified theme.
