Got an event coming up next month for a Heresy event in June, and we have to bring a fully painted 2500 force that will be part of a giant narrative campaign. It's going to be my first so pretty excited as I have my Imperial Fists ready to go for it. I wanted to go for a dirty, grungy look for my Fists. Almost as if it is mid-battle and dirt and grit are starting to smudge the yellow. Thirty Tactical Marines, one squad has a Nuncio Vox for helping the Medusa pick its targets. These all go into the Rhinos. Nuncio Squad And here are the Rhinos they will be riding around in. Here is my Praetor character for the event. He will be running around with the Terminators in the Spartan. And his Terminator Posse, a 10 man Chainfist, Storm Shield squad. I choose the Chainfists for practicality as I can charge these at anything and can reliably kill it. This squad has punched out a Fellblade much to my mate's disbelief And the Spartan they will be running around in. Last game I had with this thing it took out a Knight and a Malcador while surviving with 3 wounds. The Deredeo with Lascannon and Missle Launcher. Love this thing. I only have one crew in the gun as it's a joke I have going on with my best mate that he is off sick from work. The gun is magnetized as I can replace the barrel to make it a Basilisk if I want too. Dear grid coordinates. And that's it for now. I have a few more to post up when completed but thanks for the comments so far, and hope you enjoyed the barrage of pics. I went with yellow over the black as I wanted to match with Sigismund when I get around to painting him. Champion rocking the Solarite Gauntlet And the Templar's ride, a Land Raider Phobos The Phobos is converted from a Crusader variant with a few extra bits to make it look older, but similar.
