Steel Legion: Warlord Games 28mm German Paratroopers- no gas masks, but otherwise pretty much identical. Might need some messing to get them to carry lasguns. Valhallans- Lots of options for these. Personally I'd try something from anvil industries or Victoria Miniatures Vostroyans- no direct equivalency, but I'd say Anvil Industries has the best option.
