The weapon load out seems good and with enough shots to hit something even if it has moved. Special rule on advancing seems great, If you need to grab that objective for a VP in any turn you have that option or line breaker. It then gives you a -1 to be hit and only chargeable by flyers which should help keep it alive. 137 points doesn't seem to bad. I am looking to run it in my quick moving blood angels list.
