Flakk missiles - do you still get the regular shot?

Couldn’t find anything on the forum or in the FAQ. The wording for the flakk missile (also hellfire shells) strategem in Codex Space Marines goes

“... You only make a single hit roll with the weapon this phase; however, add 1 to the hit roll and, if it hits, the target suffers D3 mortal wounds.”

To me, from a RAW perspective it sounds like you still get to also roll to wound for the krak missile. This is different than, say, linebreaker bombardment which explicitly says the vindicators don’t get to shoot normally.

What does everyone think? Is there a consensus on this?

I believe consensus leans towards it being just the D3 mortal wounds. Compare it with sniper rifles which state mortal wounds they potentially inflict are in addition to their regular damage. Linebreaker Bombardment is giving up three separate units' shooting versus one model's shooting with one weapon (which you can only ordinary fire once per Shooting phase) so I don't think it's an accurate comparison.

From what I understand by reading this stratagem, is its only the d3 mortal wounds. Which I will say right now after using it in a game, its very strong! Mr. Shine is correct in saying that it would specify otherwise, as it does with the scout sniper rifles. Note that I don't believe you have to roll to wound either. You just hit, and it suffers mortal wounds. So devastator missile launcher/heavy bolter with signum and a captain near and you should be good to go.

I was thinking that single hit roll could be interpreted to mean for both the mortal wounds and the standard missile. I do agree that the intention is probably to get D3 mortal wounds instead of the normal shot, not in addition to. The sniper rifle rule seems to make a better comparison than the vindicator rule - I didn’t think about that one. Thank you for the help, everyone!

Yeah, I see the reasoning for the RAW argument for continuing the Shooting Sequence after the roll to hit but I think it's clear in context that the stratagem effectively commandeers the Shooting Sequence making the to hit roll resolved solely by the stratagem's wording.
