Glancing over the available units, I was thinking two warriors (for auto passing nerve tests), the rest a mix of genestealers (slashy) and gaunts (cheap).

 

If Lictors had a plastic kit I'd have started KT with four lictors in a heartbeat.

Ok, just kidding, I'd mull on it for days and then probably end up with something like 2 lictors, a warrior and some gaunts or something.

Try to get this one in there:

Tyranid Warrior (Veteran Specialist)
Adrenal Glands

2x Boneswords

Flesh Hooks
-21pts

After setting him up; as close to the enemy as you can, use Adaptive Tactics for that sweet Turn 1 charge with 4 attacks, hitting on 3+, AP -2, str 4.
