Status of Aeldari

We know during the Crusade, many Craftworlds were destroyed, and majority of Exodite worlds were taken. Considering the presence of so many Null Legions, I think the Eldar is going to fare much, much worse than canon. Even a single Pariah Company will be fully capable of utterly ravaging a major Craftworld.

And how about state of Drukhari? Was the Dark City cleansed during the Crusade?

Given the extended Great Crusade, several major assaults against the Dark City were launched. However, the Dark City remains, though one or two districts have been wrecked/abandoned. It is a stubborn, hideous beast.

How the Dark City managed to endure and survive combined assaults of the multiple Legions?

From what I recall the Dark City isn't exactly all in one place and has an indeterminate size due to webway shenanigans, so navigation would be tricky and occupation near impossible. Also because it forms a single hub any protracted engagement is liable to draw the majority of the Drukhari into combat instead of them being spread out as usual. If all else fails, the Dark Eldar can just hide and come back later. They know Commoragh far better than any invader.

Because there was no combined assault. The few times Commorragh came under attack were reactions to Dark Eldar raids where Imperial forces were able to launch counter attacks swift enough to prevent the DE from closing the portals. In all of the incidents, there was never more than one Legion present at the time. The only two exceptions were there was a premeditated invasion of the Dark City came up during the Emperor's secret War of the Webway, which expanded far enough that it reached two districts 'located' in Segmentum Solar.

Otherwise, the Dark City has been deemed a low priority given the fact it isn't located in the Materium proper, and there isn't a stable invasion point.

A list of pre-fall Eldar factions.

Benevolent:

Exodites-

Largely referred to as 'doomsayers'. Wore robes of white and had their cheeks marked by red tears. Wandered about preaching about the coming disaster. Some had psychoprojectors embedded in their eyes to project their warnings directly into the minds of others. Often younger aeldari. Departed long before the fall.

True Guardians-

A vigilante faction that attempted to actively oppose groups such as the blood drinkers. Wore black armour with a red helm and had a black band painted across their eyes. Well equipped with small arms.

Thrill Seekers:

War-thieves-

Thrill seekers.

Void-chasers-

Thrill seekers.

Star-riders-

Individuals who used various personal devices to ride solar flares as a form of thrill seeking.

Blood:

Blood-drinkers/worshippers-

The most recent practice to have emerged from the Core Worlds, and perhaps the most associated with depravity. The sharing and imbibing of blood as a form of pleasure seeking, rapidly descending into being practised upon unwilling subjects. Described as actively violent.

Blood-dancers-

Eldar Gladiatrixes that fought in arena blood sports. Precursors to the Wyches.

Body Modification:

Bodyshifters-

Described as 'vagabonds and fanatics', but no mention is made of actively harming anyone.

Turnskins-

Described as 'vagabonds and fanatics', but no mention is made of actively harming anyone.

Body-swappers/changers-

Some claimed they had forgotten what it was to be like as flesh and blood eldar.

Skinshifters-

Some claimed they had forgotten what it was to be like as flesh and blood eldar.

Animalistic modifications are mentioned.

Other:

Spirit Walkers-

Described as half-corporeal and hostile in the wake of the fall.

Warpwalkers-

Described as 'vagabonds and fanatics', but no mention is made of actively harming anyone.

The Immortal Intellects-

Eldar who wished to outlive the stars, believing that will and intellect where separate from the material form.

Fatecallers-

Eldar Scholars. Many became fanatically obsessed over their research to the state of a near religious inanity; academic rivalry became maddened and bloody feuds. Those that survived the Fall were sane, but soon after lost themselves in an attempt to understand the fate that had befallen their people.

An additional note is that Drukhari are capable of binding a Slaaneshi daemon within their flesh-constructs, which supports the Drowned storyline.
