Yes, but there no re-vow once everything complete eg: second or third vow.  Sort of rank eg: Chaos Marines, Chosen, Warmaster, all depend on the amount you vow & complete these.  Fail even one vow like ETL, fail it all & become a spawn.  There no point cost on the units ether.

 

So my vow for example roughly going to be

1. 5 Iron Warriors
2. Amiger Knight
3. Amiger Knight
4. Iron Warrior Exalted Champion
5. Iron Warrior Exalted Champion
6. 10 Cultist
7. World Eater Maulerfiend
