I have been loving the idea of a vow for some years now, and I will take a risk. A perfect time to break trough my notorious long painting times. Time to produce some new units and revamp some old raptors. The old cleaned raptors will get a jumppack from evil craft miniatures, and the lord has been "true scaled" and rearmed from his previous form.

Same, glad to see it's time again for the Call - prolly my favourite time of the year! Need to admit, by the time I realized the ETL was running, vows were already closed so I couldn't do anything for my fellow Chaos buddies

 

Just ordered the Kill Team: Rogue Trader box so I can work on my Gellerpox Muties down the line - in the mean time I'm finishing three little Legio Mortis Warlords  .

In fairness, there's a lot of infantry pledged for the Call, which historical have been a high risk low reward type of unit to pledge for ETL. (See the track record For poxwalkers and cultists.)

For example, I've got 32 models pledged for this CoC but it only totals just over 500 points - great for gaming but bad for running up a point total/completion rate. For ETL, I did two models for nearly 700 points, which ended up being barely doable.

The faction boundaries for CoC are also less stringent and some pledges that split ETL factions are permissible for this.
